Affective reactions to newcomers

    Hi all,

     

    I am looking for a measure that captures affective (positive and negative) reactions to newcomers. For example, happiness to have a new person joining an existing group, rejection of a new hire, etc.

     

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Of course, I will summarize replies for the list.
