Call For Unpublished Studies & Data on Cognitive Ability Tests

    Dear Colleagues,

A British Academy funded project to examine adverse impact in cognitive
ability testing is being conducted by researchers at the Work and
Organisational Psychology Group at Aston Business School in the UK (led by
Dr Steve Woods). The aim is to explore whether the potential adverse impact
found in cognitive ability tests has changed/reduced over time and whether
these patterns are similar or different between the US and Europe. In order
to do this, we need to collect as much data around this question as
    possible.

We would therefore like to make a call for anyone who would be interested
and able to contribute to this project by providing relevant data points
(means and SDs for cognitive ability test score distributions of different
ethnic groups), or alternatively, relevant raw data from published and
unpublished sets. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated, as would
any recommendations to any papers or resources you feel should be included.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Kindest regards,
    Claire
