An opportunity now exists in the Department for a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer whose research and teaching strengths are in Organisation Behaviour, with a strong focus on Leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation of a new Otago Business School specialization in Responsible Leadership.
Lecturer
As a Lecturer you should have a PhD, a number of publications in quality academic journals, demonstrated potential for high quality teaching at a range of levels and have supervised undergraduate and postgraduate student research.
Senior Lecturer
As a Senior Lecturer you should have a PhD together with a strong record of publication in high quality academic journals, a strong commitment to research-informed teaching at a range of levels and have successfully supervised undergraduate and postgraduate student research.
Starting date for the appointment is expected to be second semester of 2015 (approximately July 2015) and the successful candidate will be expected to teach in that semester.
