  • 1.  Sensemaking in teams?

    Greetings!

     

    I am trying to find Weick's notion of sensemaking in the team literature. Are there any papers drawing on this notion as theoretical framing to understand team dynamics? Help in pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated!

    Roberson has an interesting 2006 OBHDP article about team sensemaking with regard to justice climate.
