    Hello all,

    Sorry for the cross-posting!

    My colleagues and I are conducting a meta-analysis examining the relationship between skills (especially technical, interpersonal, and conceptual skills) and leadership criteria (performance, effectiveness, emergence, advancement). We are seeking unpublished studies-masters theses, dissertations, technical reports, etc. that have examined this relationship.
