  • 1.  Work Family Concerns and Career Choice

    Posted 09-24-2008 22:47
    Hello -

With apologies for cross-posting, I was wondering if anyone is aware of any studies that have investigated the role of anticipated work-family (or work-life) balance concerns in career choice, and more specifically, if anyone is aware of any instrument's that measure work-family concerns related to career choice.

    Thank you in advance.
