The School of Management, University of South Australia will be hiring 4 HR/OB academics in 2015.
We are currently advertising 3 HR/OB positions: Lecturer, Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor. In Australian nomenclature, "Lecturer" describes an entry-level position equivalent to an Assistant Professor position in North America; "Senior Lecturer" is a more advanced Assistant Professor. A 4th senior-level HR/OB position equivalent to a Full Professor will soon be advertised separately.
Successful applicants will join the School of Management and the Centre for Human Resource Management (CHRM). The School of Management is one of four schools within the University of South Australia Business School and offers undergraduate and master's coursework degrees in Management as well as a growing PhD program.
