    I'm trying to locate a concise measure of "quality of worklife" .  Does such a think exist?  Any ideas or suggestions would be most appreciated - thanks!

    Hi Susan,

    Are you looking for a concise version of the NIOSH quality of work life? If so, I could talk to one of my colleagues who used a scale comprising of just 16 of the original 76 items. Alternately, you could visit the following website and choose only those subscales that are of primary interest to your research:
