    Dear Colleagues

    I am looking for a case study to use in a Change Leadership class for mid-
    to high-level government and private-sector managers. I would like to use
    it to discuss approaches to overcoming change resistance, leadership role
    modeling and communication in emergent systems.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I have used a lot and recommend the following:

    Chicago Park District (with CD video clips) (UVA-OB-618) + B, C, D and E
    cases
    Ed Norris and the Baltimore Police Department (with CD video clips)
    (UVA-OB-776) + B case
    New York Botanical Gardens (also a UVA case)
    John Smithers (HBS case)
    Peter Browning and Continental White-Cap A, B, and C (HBS case)
