Does anyone know about studies/ papers/ data which look at the return on investment of the "family-friendly policies" implemented by organizations? I have come across several papers which highlight the positive returns from the programs. But I am interested to know about (especially) the costs associated with running such programs and whether there are any quantified measures for the benefits derived from such policies.
