    I'm teaching a leadership class this coming winter in the Executive MBA program at the local university. I would be most appreciative of any resources (syllabi, course readings/exercises) that colleagues teaching similar MBA-level leadership classes would be willing to share.     We highly recommend books by Avolio & Luthans and by Boyatzis & McKee...they are dynamite one-two punches.

    Dear Rainer,

     

    Here is the syllabus I use for my second year MBA fifteen session course, for your files, information, consideration.  I use many of the same materials in some 10-15 executive education programs in which I teach and in some 20 or so consulting activities during the course of the year, so they are field tested with people like you're likely to get in the Executive MBA arena.  I hope it helps.  Good luck.  If I can help in any other way, please let me know.
