Dear colleagues,
Currently we, dr. Peter Kruyen and I, are conducting a meta-analysis regarding the impact of leadership on creativity of followers. We choose to focus only on experimental studies.
During the past few months we have worked hard to identify eligible journal articles and books on the impact of leadership of creativity, using experimental designs. We are aware that even by using multiple search engines and investigating the databases of relevant journals, we might fail to find every relevant study, especially those who are not (yet) published.
We were wondering if you are aware of:
1. Published - but hard to find - studies, such as book chapters, conference papers or PhD-theses on the impact of leadership on creativity (using experimental designs)
2. Unpublished studies on the impact of leadership on creativity (using experimental designs)
