    The Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology is looking to expand its Organizational Behavior faculty. The opening is flexible in terms of rank, and the ideal starting time would be in 2009, but this can also be flexible. Salary and compensation are compatible with the local standards in Israel.

     

    Qualifications

    To fill the position we are looking for an individual who is eager and active about his or her research and who can teach core and elective courses in organizational behavior, applied psychology, organizational sociology or HRM. The candidate should have a disciplinary background in organizational behavior, organizational or social psychology, or sociology and should have evidence of strong scholarly research abilities. The ideal candidate would also be collegial and eager to contribute to the development of the students and faculty of the Technion.

     

    About the Technion

    The Technion is the leading institute of science and engineering education in Israel. The faculty of Industrial Engineering houses multiple disciplinary graduate programs, including an Applied Psychology and Organizational Behavior program and an MBA program. We have excellent MA and Ph.D. students, in our program which maintains US standards and is ranked the best in Israel.
