  • 1.  safety climate meta-analysis

    Posted 08-01-2008 12:41

One of my students and I are conducting a meta-analysis of the safety climate-accident/injury relationship. If you have any conference papers, working papers, or unpublished data addressing this relationship, please e-mail me at spayne@psych.tamu.edu

BTW, we are aware of the meta-analysis published in JOHP by Sharon Clarke. Our meta-analysis focuses particularly on moderators of the climate-accident relationship.

    Thanks!

    Stephanie

    Hi Stephanie,

I have recently found out that there is a lot of interest in safety climate in health care, both overall and focused on patient safety, so you may want to check pubmed as well as psycinfo.

Hi Stephanie--Check out the work done by David Gaba at Stanford and David Van Stralen. Both have done work on safety climate and design in health care and patient safety. Kuo
