Hello everyone!
I am working on re-writing a course for a graduate level course that is titled "Organizational Leadership and Group Dynamics". I am looking for any current resources that focus on technology and OB/Group Dynamics that could supplement the book material. The following is the course description, which is quite vague, so I have a bit of academic freedom to introduce about anything!
The theoretical study of small-group behavior and the role of the individual personality functioning in organizational settings will be explored. Topics covered include situational, physical and personality factors as they relate to group formation, as well as group leadership and effectiveness.
