    Rice University has one open rank tenure track position in Organizational
    Behavior starting Fall 2009. This position supports the expansion of the
    Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management.

    Qualifications
    This position will be filled by an individual actively conducting research
    who can teach core and elective courses in organizational behavior, has a
    disciplinary background in organizational behavior, organizational or social
    psychology, or sociology and holds a strong scholarly research record
    appropriate to rank as evidenced by publications in premier journals of the
    field. Demonstrated research and teaching excellence is required. The ideal
    candidate is expected to be collegial and contribute to the development of
    the Jones School, Rice University, and our multiple stakeholders. Salary and
    summer support are competitive with other major research universities.

    The Rice MBA develops principled, innovative thought leaders in global
    communities with highly active research faculty engaging students and the
    broader business community. Under the leadership of Dean Bill Glick and
    through the generous support of a vibrant business community, the Jones
    School intends to further build on its stellar academic reputation. In the
    last three years, the curriculum for the Rice MBA and the MBA for Executives
    have been redesigned, the MBA for Professionals and an undergraduate
