Jennifer/Stan,
You may already be aware of this, but I think there's an updated version of the test available called "DIT2". I administered this a few years back but only briefly discussed results and offered to go into detail with any interested. There were no takers as I recall.
Best,
S. Duane Hansen

Jennifer-
I used the DIT with managers and executives for my dissertation in 1989, but used Rest's center to score them. I did not have an occasion to report scores to the participants however, given the time required to score the tests.

Subject: Managers and the DIT
I am considering administering Rest's Defining Issues Test to managers and executives and then giving them feedback on their scores.
Has anyone ever done this? If so, what do managers/executives find interesting about moral reasoning and their scores on the test? How did you present the scores to them?
Any suggests you could provide would be greatly appreciated! I will summarize the responses and send them back out to the Listserve Community.
Thanks!
