Hello Everyone,
I was wondering in anyone was aware of international (non-U.S.) applications of Phillip Tetlock's work on integrative complexity in conservative/liberal discourse. He has a flurry of JPSP articles over a 20 year period on this topic, so I imagine there must be something in the literature applying this work to other countires/cultures, and that I just can't find it. Any leads?
A different but related question - does anyone know of similar lines of work not using the integrative complexity construct, but using content analysis to quantitatively study cognitive biases in ideological speech, preferably in international contexts. I know that qualititve/critical/discourse analysis type literature abounds, but I would like to find more Tetlock-style quantitative work that gets at these topics. I would appreciate any suggestions!
Many thanks in advance,
