    Dear OB members,

I'm a doctoral student in the Management and Organization Department at Penn State.  I'm currently working on a journal revision of a meta-analysis with Dr. Linda Trevino and Dr. Dave Harrison.  We are in the process of updating the studies we are using in this meta-analysis.

Specifically, we are looking for any empirical studies (including dissertations, conference presentations, book chapters, unpublished papers, or empirical studies reported in other outlets that would not be easily found in a normal literature search) that include the correlation between one or more of the following variables:

    Cognitive moral development
    Locus of control
    Moral philosophy (relativism or idealism)
    Machiavellianism
    Job satisfaction
Any moral intensity dimension (e.g., magnitude of consequences, temporal immediacy, social consensus, probability of effect, concentration of effect, proximity)
    Ethical culture
    Ethical climate
Code of conduct (existence or enforcement)
    Any measure of (un)ethical behavior
    Any measure of (un)ethical intention

Please respond to me specifically at jjg303@psu.edu.  Thank you in advance for your help!  Of course, my co-authors and I will include and cite papers that meet the parameters of our meta-analysis, and we'd like to be as inclusive as possible.

If you have any questions, let me know.  I apologize for any cross-postings.

    Sincerely,
    Jennifer Kish Gephart
