VISITING ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR

The Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University is seeking a qualified candidate for a visiting faculty position.  The one-year appointment will begin in August 2008.  While qualified candidates at all ranks are welcome to apply, preference will be given to those at the senior Assistant or Associate Professor level.  The individual we are seeking must be able to effectively teach graduate-level courses in the areas of organizational behavior and leading organizational change.

For this position, the Babcock School seeks an individual with strong teaching skills and a developed research program.  The qualified candidate must have a minimum of three years teaching experience with demonstrated effectiveness in teaching graduate courses, and a record of high quality research publications.

Due to the integrated nature of our curriculum, it is important that the qualified candidate be able to interact and work closely with faculty from other disciplines.

The University is located in the heart of the Piedmont region of North Carolina, a metropolitan area of approximately one million. The Babcock Graduate School of Management has campuses in Winston-Salem, NC (on the beautiful grounds of Wake Forest University) and in Charlotte, NC, where we are building a new, state-of-the art educational facility.  All faculty members teach at both locations.
