    Hello again everyone!

Thanks to everyone who responded to my query, it is very much appreciated.

A big THANK YOU to Alan Richter, Debra Comer, Patrick Flood, James Dockery, William Hefley , Niclas Erhardt, Maura Mills, and Ben Cohen for sending suggestions my way!  I promised to share my finds: I have attached the papers (8 total) as well as a summary of the leads I received.  As you can see, there are several scales that measure diversity climate, practices, and outcomes which can be adapted for your purpose.

I hope the list is also helpful to you.

All my best and Happy Sunday,

    Ed Ng

Subject: Looking for a measure on how well managers are implementing diversity practices

Hello GDO, OB, and HR Netters:

I am looking for a measure that asks CEOs to rate how well their managers are implementing diversity management (practices)?  I have searched high and low but haven't had much success.  Maybe I have been using the wrong key words or looking at the wrong places.  I can also adapt an existing measure that does not relate to diversity.

I'll be happy to compile my finds and share them here.

    Thanks in advance,

    Ed
