    Fellow Members:

It's been great to observe so much activity on the OB listserv! Given the
increasing frequency of listserv postings, this might be a good time to
remind everyone of the listserv's mission, operating procedures, and
    etiquette.

The OB listserv is a service of the OB Division. This is an electronic
forum where people interested in Organizational Behavior topics can ask
questions, share information, and most importantly, make connections! To
post messages to the list, send an email with a descriptive subject to:

    ob@aomlists.pace.edu

However, please remember that the people reading the posting are your
colleagues - they are not potential customers, clients, or research
participants. The listserv should never be used for commercial messages or
solicitations on behalf of an individual or an entity - these practices
violate AOM listserv policy (you can access the full AOM listserv
guidelines here: http://aomlists.pace.edu/guidelines.asp) and they are
contrary to the collegial community the listserv is designed to create and
    serve.

Finally, we hope you will remember to "give back" to the OB listserv
community. If you ask for advice or information, please summarize what
you've learned in a follow-up posting - that information will be valuable
    to other listserv participants.

We look forward to hearing from you on the OB listserv!
