    Dear OB Division Members,

    (Apologies for cross-posting.)

My colleagues and I are gathering primary studies to be included in a meta-analysis on the relationship between work-related support and expatriate outcomes. We appreciate your help in finding (un)published studies.

    Our outcomes include:

    ·         Organizational commitment

    ·         Expatriate performance

    ·         Turnover/withdrawal (intentions)

    Sources of support include:

    ·         Organizations, both home and host.

    ·         Support practices, e.g. reward structures, family support

    ·         Work relations, e.g. mentors, coaches, managers, peers, etc.

If you have any working papers, dissertations/theses, and/or conference presentations that may include relevant data, please let us know.

Please email your (un)published work to p.a.vdrlaken@tilburguniversity.edu.

Thank you in advance for considering this request.

    Best regards,
