I´m working on Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS).
In my diploma thesis I try to make a first raw estimation about the practical usefulness as well as the rigorousness of different approaches discussed under the umbrella term POS using a set of criteria. The overall aim of my research is not to categorize the approaches in good or bad. Rather the goal is to get an impression of researchers´/scholars´ personal, subjective ideas about the concepts. To take the different developmental stages of the approaches/concepts into account I have added the criterion maturity as a kind of control variable.
I would be deeply grateful if you - as an expert - could fill in the attached questionnaire and send it back until 20 April 2008.
