    The Department of Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour (HROB) at the University of Greenwich, in London, is recruiting for two new Lecturers (Assistant or Associate Professor equivalent). 

    The first post is for a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer (Assistant or Associate Professor) in HRM & OB.     The second post is for a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in HRM & OB with a specialism in Reward Management. The post-holder will bring expertise in contemporary developments in pay and reward. Please see: https://jobs.gre.ac.uk/Vacancy.aspx?ref=949-R . 

    We are looking for candidates with a track record or potential to produce high-quality publications and win external research income, and to support our teaching and curriculum development in human resource management and/or employment relations and/or organisational behaviour.

    The department has two research groups: the Work and Employment Research Unit, headed by Professor Sian Moore; and the Leadership and Organisational Behaviour Group, headed by Professor David Gray. 
     
    The Department of Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour has a strong undergraduate offering in business management, human resource management and business psychology. It also runs two successful postgraduate programmes: the Masters in International Human Resource Management and the CIPD-accredited Masters in Personnel and Human Resource Management.

    As a member of the HROB department, the post-holder will contribute to the full range of the department's activities by operating in a collegiate manner and upholding excellent standards. The posts include contributing and seeking to improve the department's teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate courses, research, pastoral care, curriculum development, administration, enterprise/consultancy and other professional activities.
