  • 1.  Recent work on work team diversity issues

    Dear OB division members,

    I was wondering if there're any recent works on work team diversity
    issues - specifically, the effects of team diversity on various work
    outcomes. We're currently working on a review on this topic and would like
    to locate any newly published, forthcoming, or unpublished studies for
    more comprehensive review. Please let us know if you have any.

    If you haven't already you may wish to start by reading van Knippenberg
    & Schippers (2007) Work Team Diversity in Annual Review of Psychology,
    2007. This is quite an in-depth, up to date review.

    Good luck. I am defending my thesis proposal is this area this week so
    if there's anything specific you need let me know!

    Next month my book DIVERSITY AT WORK will be published by Cambridge
    University Press. Contributors include, for example, Fiske, Bielby,
    Polzer, ,Ely, Morgan, Ellemers, Barreto, Kulik, Roberson,and Chugh.
