Thanks for the clarification. I meant Global Managers.
In the current business environment more and more companies are establishing global operations. Their managers are expected to envision, articulate and implement global level networks to lead their organisations into the future. Hence it is essential and desirable for global managers to develop competencies to operate across time, space and cultural boundaries , leverage diversity and respond to dynamic environments.
My interest is in finding out if there are any existing tools used to assess the desired competencies of a Global Manager.
Any help and advice from this group is greatly appreciated
