Dear Miriam,
Thank you very much for the help!
I've got your paper with Gati (2004) on dynamic and multilevel model of culture. On the other hand, I would be very grateful to receive other relevant papers. Many thanks!
Best wishes,
Yih-teen

Dear Yih-Teen,
I have a measure of Global identity and Local identity, which is attached.
It is described in one of my papers, and was also tested by others.
If you are interested in the papers, please let me know and I"ll send it to you.
Best Regards,
Miriam Erez

Dear Yehuda,
Thank you very much for the recommendation. I will read the paper with high interest. As you suggested, I will make a summary of responses on global identity and post it on the OB listserv for everyone.
For those who are interested in global mindset, Levy et al. (2007) have made a nice summary in the appendix of its measurements developed so far.
Best wishes,
Yih-teen

Dear Yih-teen,
I called it 'Global mind-set' - but I am not aware of a measure for it - see my paper:

Please post the summary of responses when you have them.

Dear colleagues,
I would be highly grateful if someone could recommend me with good measurement scales on global identity, which reflects a sense of belongingness to a worldwide global culture.
Many thanks in advance!
