    INDUSTRIAL/ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY FACULTY
    ASSOCIATE or FULL PROFESSOR

    DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY, PORTLAND STATE UNIVERSITY
    PORTLAND, OREGON
    The Department of Psychology at Portland State University has a
    tenure-track opening in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the
    Associate or Full Professor level with a September, 2008 start date.
    The department has a strong applied research orientation and has an
    Applied Psychology Ph.D. program with specializations in
    Industrial/Organizational, Applied Developmental, and Applied
    Social/Community psychology.

    Qualifications include a doctoral degree in I/O psychology or related
    areas. Preferred area of specialization is in Organizational
    Psychology and/or Occupational Health Psychology. The successful
    candidate will be able to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in
    organizational psychology as well as courses related to the
    applicant?s particular area of expertise. Responsibilities include
    maintaining a productive program of community-based research; teaching
    graduate and undergraduate courses in I/O; and supervising student
    theses and dissertations. Candidates appropriate to this position will
    have an established research and publication record in I/O psychology.
