    Dear Colleagues,

I was asked to run a course on "Organizational Consulting" and am seeking recommendations and suggestions for materials. The course is part of a Master programme "Organizational studies". I am not entirely happy with my current material, but have been unable to identify a more suitable text or set of resources. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am happy to post a compilation of responses back to the list.

    Sincerely,

    Martina

    Hello Marina:

Without seeing the learning outcomes for the course, I'm not sure whether the following text will work for you:

    Dear,

We recently wrote a textbook which will be published by J. Wiley, London
    (August 2008): Leopold Vansina & Marie-Jeanne Vansina-Cobbaert,
Psychodynamics for Consultants and Managers. The book provides insights in
the psychodynamic approach in consulting, actio-research and managing
organisational change. The sychodynamic approach is conceived as
complimentary to the established models and methods of OD and Consulting.
    All the best,
