I'm looking for change management learning activities or exercises that would be suitable for either undergrads or MBAs, and that could be completed in less than 2 hours.

My thanks, in advance, for your assistance.  I'll compile and post a summary of the suggested activities.

Karen - Attached is a simple and fun exercise tha that I learned from Lennox Joseph who is internal OD at The World Bank and used to be President of NTL (National Training Laboratories).  This is my current adaptation of that.

    I hope this is helpful.

    Dear Karen,

There is an exercise in managing change and more specifically in identifying individual reactions to change. It is a big file so those who are interested please send me an e-mail and I can forward a copy and comments on how it works. The reference is DeMeuse, K & McDaris, K (1994) An exercise in managing change, Training and Development, pp. 54-57.

    Hope you find it useful

    Maria
