    Hello Colleagues,

I have been reading with much interest the discussion on the various self-assessment instruments. Recognizing these instruments' shortfalls and the caution we have to apply using them, I'm interested in tools that focus on and measure women's managerial/leadership skills. Are there women-specific instruments that assess their leadership strengths, weaknesses, and potential?

    Many thanks!

    Colleagues,

I'm interested in tools that focus on and measure women's managerial and leadership skills.  (I read with interest the discussion we had a couple of weeks ago on the various self-assessment instruments, and I recognize these instruments' shortfalls and the caution we have to apply using them.)  Are there women-specific instruments that assess their leadership strengths, weaknesses, and potential?

    Many thanks!

    Hanna,
I would consult Judy Rosener of UC @ Irvine who is a recognized authority on womens' leadership and managerial skills.
