measures of percieved supervisor effectiveness

    Dear colleagues,
     
    I am looking for measures of perceived supervisor effectiveness. So far I have found just one 7-item scale (Javidan, 1992). If you can recommend any other instruments or sources where they can be found I would greatly appreciate it.
