Dear Rainer,
I just wondered if "collusion", that is, when I see something, you see
something and we both know that the other one has seen what we see - and
then we agree (tacitly) not to talk about it.
I don't know if this is too complex, or whether it requires to have been in
business.
Another topic would be to have one of your students read "An actor prepares"
by Stanislavski and draw parallels to management (it could also be used as a
virulent critique of behaviouralism). It could really be something for a
student thinking out of the box and wondering why he/she selected this
faculty.
I hope this helps!
Kind regards
Alfred Colliander

Subject: leadership paper ideas
Hello -
I'm teaching an undergraduate upper-division introductory course on
leadership,
and would appreciate any ideas or samples of papers that you have assigned
in
similar courses.
I'd be happy to accommodate any requests for a compiled list of what I
receive.
Thanks in advance!
Rainer
