  • 1.  coaching/mentoring class

Hello all...I am being asked by my institution to develop and lead a class that focuses on coaching and mentoring for our MBA students.  I have requested several books from publishers to help me prepare in this area (At this point, I plan to use Hunt and Weintraub's book), but I wanted to see if there is anyone out there that teaches a class similar to this and would be willing to share a syllabus, exercises, etc.

    Have a great day,

    Hi James,

You may have all of your resources by now, but the Center for Health Leadership & Practice has wonderful free guides on mentoring and being a protégé.  They are generic-not oriented to healthcare http://www.cfhl.org/
