DIRECTOR of GRADUATE PROGRAMS IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
The Human Resource Development (HRD) Program and the Department of Psychology at Villanova University invite applications for the position of Director of the HRD Graduate Programs. This is a senior leadership position involving administrative responsibility for both the on-campus and on-line M.S. Programs in HRD. The position includes a non-tenure-track faculty appointment. Employment normally would start in late August, 2015, but a start date as early as January, 2015, is possible. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field, teaching experience, and management leadership experience in the HR field and/or in higher education.
