I would like to recruit you in this year's grassroots campaign to disseminate/post the attached announcement of the "Most Promising Dissertations Awards", sponsored by the Management, Spirituality and Religion (MSR) group with the Academy of Management. Last year we received 18 applications and granted 4 scholarship awards as well as enjoyed a beautiful consortium gathering starting with a kickoff awards dinner on Friday night followed by sessions throughout most of Saturday which featured the doctoral students' work-in-progress. Please copy and disseminate the announcement flyer as you deem appropriate. And, please do not hesitate to contact me or Arthur Jue should you have any questions.
These are a few suggestions:
(1) Forward this message/attachment to the Director of Student Financial Aid Offices at the major doctoral granting institutions in your respective state/country,
(2) Forward this message/attachment to the Dean of the School of Business and/or related departments such as Organizational Studies; Management; Leadership, etc.
(3) Forward this message/attachment to any Dean of a school and/or program with an inclusion of religion/spirituality since most of these endeavors will more than likely have meaningful spillover into management activities (ie. Human Services; Social Work; Management of Non-Profits; Administration of Student Affairs, etc.)
(4) Forward this message/attachment to any colleague/student/friend who shares a similar or related interest in aspects of the MSR domain.
