    Hi,

    I am looking for any exercises or cases that you may be familiar with, for a teaching segment on coaching and mentoring junior managers. I have quite a few readings in this area but no cases or exercises.

    Any help will be appreciated,

    Hi Sumita,

    I use the following book with cases and exercises, some of which you may find useful:

    Applications in Human Resource Management: Cases, Exercises, and Skill Builders, by Nkomo, Fottler, and McAfee (6th edition).
