    Hi Everyone,

     

    As the Academy deadline approaches- January 15th- I would like to remind everyone of several important formatting details:

     

    The first page should include only title, abstract and keywords.

     

    Exclude author identifying information (including acknowledgements).

     

    The maximum paper length is 40 pages inclusive (including ALL tables, appendices and references).

     

    Record the 5-digit electronic submission ID number as the header on all of the pages.

     

    Use Times New Roman 12-pitch font, double spaced, and 1-inch (2.5 cm) margin all around and number all pages.
