    Myself and colleagues are exploring interest in an 2008 AOM symposium submission covering broad and specific issues related to intergenerational dynamics in the workplace.  This would include the interface of intergenerational concerns and motivation, individual perceptions and attitudes, organizational commitment, leadership strategies and decision making, and general employeer workforce integration.  If you have interest in such a symposium and have a paper in this area please send an email with copy of the paper(s) to:
