Professor Tim Judge and I are organizing a symposium for AOM 2008 and still looking for papers about personality traits beyond the Big Five . We would like to invite anyone who may be interested in this symposium. We have three papers now and are looking for one or two more papers about this subject. (Two papers are meta-analysis; one is about comparing broad and narrow personality traits and the other is about negative personality traits. The third paper is about positive affectivity and the mediation processes on task performance.)
