A while back listserve members shared their ideas about diversity exercises. Several people mentioned the alpha beta cross-cultural negotiation exercise. It is listed as in the public domain in the Kellogg School brochure, but I can only get it from them by paying to join their center. Does anyone have a copy of the exercise that they could send me -- including instructions and, most importantly, the negotiating roles?
