I am working with Dr. Paul Spector and some of his students on an incivility
research project. We would like to pull together a symposium on the consequences of workplace incivility and diversity for the 2008 Academy of Management conference. So far, we have one paper to include. Our project at examines the effects of nationality and individual differences including gender on the relationship between workplace incivility experiences and the targets' personal and work-related outcomes. I'm wondering whether you, your students or anyone else you know have papers that could be packaged together for the January submission. I will handle the administrative details.
