    This is a good resource that has leadership assessments for use.

    Hi Elizabeth.
    I like the LPI assessment that accompanies Kouzes and Posner's Leadership
    Challenge book. There is an accompanying workbook. Both were updated last
    year.

    S. P. Robbins' book of Self-assessment library: insight into your skills, interests and abilities (Pearson) will be good source. It contains self-assessment questions on leadership style, how charismatic one is, trustworthiness, etc.
