    OB Colleagues,

I've just gotten word that our managerial creativity course has opened up, and as I have had an interest in the area, will be teaching it next quarter (early January). The class looks interesting, but the texts are from the 80's.

Does anyone have preferred texts they could recommend? If you would like to chare syllabi that would be great too. I'll put together a list of suggestions and e-mail it back to the list.

    Thanks,

    Dan

    HI Dan,

One option you might consider is Michael Gelb's new book, Innovate Like Edison.  I know Michael and it's a very interesting exploration.  DeGraff at Michigan also has a good book on the subject.

There are some additional references in this chapter in the forthcoming fourth edition of Level Three Leadership.  I hope this helps.

    Cheers,
