Description: The Sawyer Business School of Suffolk University invites applications for a full-time tenure track position as Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior beginning Fall 2008. We seek candidates who can deliver high quality undergraduate and graduate courses. The <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Sawyer</st1:placename> <st1:placename w:st="on">Business</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">School</st1:placetype></st1:place> focuses on global business and attracts students from around the world. Located in the heart of downtown <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Boston</st1:place></st1:city>, we have easy access to the business and financial districts. Requirements: The person we hire will have a completed doctoral degree in organizational behavior by August 2008 and will be expected to maintain a stream of quality research and teaching within a broadly defined area of organizational behavior. A secondary interest in small business management, leadership, human resources, or international business is a plus. Demonstrated teaching excellence, refereed publication(s), a global focus, experience teaching online courses, and/or relevant business experience will enhance the candidacy. Teaching load is five courses per academic year in the undergraduate and graduate programs.
