Manon,
At the risk of being labelled a self-publicist, could I suggest a book that I've just published? It is called Experiencing Recruitment and Selection and is published by Wiley. I suggest it because the main content of the book is more than 50 stories from people who have been involved in recruitment and selection, both as applicants and selectors. I've written a narrative to accompany the stories that brings out some of the key learning points. The stories are, generally, quite short and very engaging - such as the dentist who didn't have anywhere to interview so put the interviewee in the dentist's chair and interviewed her from behind!
It gets published in the States in early December, but is out in the UK now; amazon.co.uk stock it. If you want to get it and have problems getting hold of a copy and I'll send you some page proofs of topics you're interested in.

Subject: Recruitment and selection: Exercises, cases, and videos
Hi,
I am teaching a course on "recruitment and selection" to undergraduate students during the winter session. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions for in-class exercises, cases, or videos. I am planning on spending some class time role-playing job interviews.
Thanks!
