The Paris campus of ESCP EUROPE (79, avenue de la République – 75011 Paris) invites applications for 2 tenure-track positions in Organisational Psychology / Behaviour at the Assistant/Associate Professor level, beginning September 2013.

Missions
· Design and implement organisational behaviour and social psychology courses (personality, social perception, work motivation, communication, leadership, negotiation, social influence, group and team dynamics...) in our MIM programmes (Master In Management / Grande Ecole), MS (Specialised Masters), EMBA and especially executive education programmes.
· Develop research activities with national and international impact
· Participate in the management of programs related to organisational behaviour topics
· Play an active role in ESCP Europe's institutional activities
· Be an active member of the institution's community (participation in competitive exam juries, supervision of dissertations and master theses, committee duties, etc.)
ESCP EUROPE seeks applicants with a demonstrated record of excellence in teaching and research (Associate Professor) or potential for excellence in teaching and research (Assistant Professor).
Requirements
1. Hold a doctorate or PhD in Social Psychology, or Organisational Behaviour, or Work and Organisational Psychology
2. Be able to teach in French and English
3. Have a proven experience in teaching (Associate Professor)
4. Have a proven experience in research, with several publications in high-ranked academic journals (Associate Professor)
5. Display strong international implication, with a good academic network
6. Demonstrate familiarity with the world of organisations
7. Display good team work abilities
Mastery of a third language, such as Italian, German or Spanish will constitute a plus

Within a month from the April 15, 2013 deadline, short listed applicants will be invited to a series of interviews. ESCP Europe's final decision will be communicated to the successful applicant by May 31, 2013.
