Dear Colleagues,
A research team at Arizona State University is conducting a meta-analysis on shared leadership (including distributed leadership, collective leadership, etc.) and team/unit-level outcomes (e.g., attitudinal, behavioral, and performance outcomes for the unit). We have conducted a comprehensive search of the literature, but we realize that there may be recent or ongoing work that is not yet in the literature. We are writing to ask for your help in identifying any unpublished data or manuscripts, in-press papers, or dissertations that might be relevant.
If you have any papers or data that are relevant, we would be grateful if you would share with us. We will of course cite your work in our study. If your full paper is not available, we would greatly appreciate your writing to us with a brief description on the following:
• Correlation between shared leadership and outcome at the team/unit level:
• Sample size (number of teams and team size):
• Sample characteristics (e.g., student groups, work teams, etc.):
• Measure of shared leadership (scale used, rating anchors, reliability alpha, index for aggregation to the team level):
• Measure of the outcome variable (nature of the outcome variable, reliability alpha, etc.):
