To find out more information about the program described below, view our video featuring Dr. Larry Williams, Director of CARMA.
CARMA (Center for the Advancement of Research Methods and Analysis) is a nonprofit center at Wayne State University that provides valuable programs on introductory and advanced levels of research methods/ data analysis. CARMA programs can help faculty and graduate students from organizational and management studies publish in top outlets and can also be used as a teaching resource.
With this email, we would like to invite your school to join our 2012-2013 CARMA Consortium Webcast Program, through which faculty and graduate students at your school will have access to 10 live lectures on research methods topics and over 90 recorded lectures. Last year's program had 130 universities participate, and we expect similar success this year.
We feel this program can be an important resource for faculty and doctoral students, and we are excited that the 10 presenters who will participate in the upcoming year include editors and former editors of several top management and research methods journals, including Journal of Applied Psychology, Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, Management Learning, Organizational Research Methods, and Psychological Methods.
Additional information about CARMA, and our programs can be found on our website.
We hope the faculty and students at your school will be interested in our Program planned for the upcoming year. Please forward this email to the faculty and doctoral students in your program so they can learn about the lectures CARMA will be presenting in the upcoming academic year. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at carma@wayne.edu.
